2.Media accreditations
Accreditation to cover events will be given to all authentic media representatives who will be issued with identification cards by the administration
department for access to media areas. To obtain an identification card, a media representative will have to fill in an application for press accreditation
at least two months prior to event date, accompanied by two passport photographs.
Once an application has been approved, letter of acceptance will be issued with a reference number in which you will have to present to the information
desk on arrival, an identification card will then be issued, which you should display at all times and if lost should reported immediately at the information
desk. The accreditation only allows you to one event, if to attend all three events you should indicate this to the administration team.
The Media Area Administrator will provide information and arrange for media coverage of the events, handle requests for interviews as well as
other media queries.
